Procession of Species Parade

It's one of our favorite annual events - traveling to Olympia for the Procession parade. This year was no exception. We had a great time and as usual the entries were terrific. No motorized entries and no commercial. Makes for a great parade.












Thankfully the rain held off until the parade was over. Afterwards we had dinner at Oyster House and did a bit of shopping.

Highly recommend you check it out some year. They also have Art Walk going on so lots to see and do!

    I love that parade! It alone is an attraction to move back to Washington! When you add it to your presence and your sister's and her children, it is an attraction that can't be beat! And last but not least all that wonderful gentle rain. Yup sounds better all the time. Mom
